The Fairway Exchange was founded by two cousins with a shared passion for both golf and business — and a family legacy of building and connecting people.

Vincent Beale Jr., a seasoned Real Estate and Mortgage professional, and Sam Beale II, an entrepreneur extraordinaire, asked themselves a simple question: Why not combine the two things we love most — golf and business — to create something bigger?
